All registration forms must be received in the HSBBQ office (via email or mail) no later than 11:59pm the Sunday before a competition. This allows host schools an accurate count for meat purchases and to plan the layout of the competition. You will be emailed a receipt once the check and application is received and processed. Participants can pay for membership and competition fess through mail or at the competition event.
