BBQ is bigger than just the food. It's a culture worth teaching, celebrating, and preserving. BBQ competitions engage students and enhances leadership skills, work ethics, and values. BBQ is a foundation for friendship, fellowship, and community building around the pit and table.
All teams must join the High School BBQ, Inc. association to participate in the cook-offs. The cost per team for membership is $200. ($210 if you choose the credit card option). The cost to participate in any competitions is $200 per event, per team.

All membership & registration forms must be received no later than 11:59pm the Sunday before a competition. This allows host schools an accurate count for meat purchases and to plan the layout of the competition. You will be emailed a receipt once the check or credit card payment & application is received and processed.
Participants can pay for membership and competition fees through mail, by credit card or at the competition event.
All teams must join High School BBQ, Inc. to participate in the cook-offs. Filling out the Registration Form is REQUIRED. Please add team and teacher name under Shipping details when paying by credit card.
