Our mission

Our mission is to enrich the lives of Texas high school students through dynamic, hands-on educational programs centered around the art and tradition of BBQ.

Students compete in exciting project-based competitions, starting with Regional events and culminating in an unforgettable State Championship. Along the way, participants develop teamwork, leadership, culinary skills, and real-world experience.
